Best home workouts app. Easy to use UI. Suggestions : 1. Currently there is no option to replay the audio which suggests ways to improve the exercise ( like keep body straight etc which play after we start doing ). Kindly add that option so that we can hear it again if we misses it. 2. Instead of selecting hard easy and medium options, for lean people, fat people etc would have been better. i.e., set of exercises changes according to our height and weight not on our taste. This app is AMAZING!!!, you really feel the burn of calories leaving your body in sweat(the floor area around my body is wet of my sweat).it made me feel leaner, stronger and feel more comfortable with my body figure(I was out of shape when before I use this app). I would recommend this app for anyone who wants a good body figure, but don't have much time in their hands. its been almost a month since I use this app and I lost around 3,5 kg. thank you

An awesome app. Good for especially those who are too busy to go to the gym or do long workouts. Does not require you to have exercise equipment to do the exercises. Just one thing that I felt could make it better is adding a timer for the rest time because some people may take longer breaks which may cause the exercises to have a lesser effect. Adding a timer with a standard timing would be great. Otherwise this app is awesome Full Review

Great workout for beginner I use it to start my day without worrying about arranging my time having to go to gym or getting caught in traffic. I combine the exercise with another warm up & cool down apps to prevent any muscle sores or stiffness. The exercises are not demanding so I can easily add more reps and focus on my breathing and fix my pose. I find the more days I follow it I'm sweating more, so I must be doing something right! Okay I have only gone through thirteen days but I have lost 5kg. If you want to loose weight faster. For example on your arms after doing the full body workout also do arm workout. My arms and tummy used to be flabby but now they are toned. I'm hoping to complete the other harder thirty day challenges that are available on the app. Don't know what I'll do when I complete them all. Anyway, thanks a lot for this great app. Haven't had any problem with Amy of the exercises. Much better than other paid apps. Maybe ilk get the paid version after this. Full Review

Ok, guys! If you want to fasten the procedure of your weight loss, try these! Underweight- Do 3 Days Overweight- 5 days Obese- 10 days Don't worry, doctors say it is better to excercise 20-30 mins.! So you just have to lessen sugar and oily foods and alwaya take water. Full Review

I think this app is so good because not only does it allow you to choose the difficulty of your work puts, but it does simple things that over time you can become really good at. It has helped me in making a routine to get healthier and I 100% recommends it. I'm one of those people who downloads an app like this and soon enough get rid of it. However this app is actually really incredible. It does things according to your ability and it doesn't allow you to give up. I really like this app. It works well and it's pretty simple and the workouts are easy but good for your body at the same time. I really enjoy this app. It is easy to use and sends me notifications to complete a quick workout before or after work. I feel better physically and mentally after even a few minutes of exercising. I definitely recommend downloading it and giving it a try!
